Hi John,
I stumbled across your website from Blue Zibra blog. I can’t believe there is someone out there that has the similiar thoughts and concerns about food and media, and the history of food. I am currently doing an Masters in Design Studies at Central Saint Martins, London, and a native New Yorker, from Westchester. I am currently using a blog to help research what my audience thinks regarding my research topics, leading to my final project.
I would like it if you could look at my blog, and also if I could ask you a few questions for my own research on food history, the effects it has on people, the benefits, the traditions of cooking benefits, ingredients, etc. I would really love to talk to you about my project since your blog is very much part of my research.
Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
Best,
Mariel
